A postgraduate/technician fellow position is available at the European Institute of Oncology - Department of Experimental Oncology, in the laboratory of Prof. Marco Giorgio.
We are seeking a talented and committed young researcher to be trained to contribute to deciphering the mechanism of epigenetic drift associated with aging and neurodegeneration.
The project consists in the identification of novel epigenetic pathways that enable cellular and organismal adaptation to aging stress with a special focus on the role aging associated epigenetic errors in the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
Applicants must hold, at least, three years or master degree in biology, biotechnology or equivalent qualification. Lab experience, particularly in cell culturing, DNA extraction and laboratory mouse handling is also required.
