Operations Committee
The Operations Committee unites key personnel responsible for different management tasks within the department, ensuring efficient coordination of decisions and their effective execution. Its role encompasses all infrastructural and organizational matters aimed at enhancing and maximizing the department’s scientific capabilities.
The Committee addresses all general management challenges, including maintenance and space allocation, storage oversight, shared reagent organization, cost allocation strategies, logistics, security and safety, upkeep of routine lab equipment, and the provision of reliable IT infrastructure and support.
