Kitchen facility

 

Coordinated by Fabio Santoro, the Kitchen Facility is situated on the -1 floor of Building 13.

 

Its responsibilities include:

 

  • Washing and sterilizing shared glassware and plasticware.

  • Sterilizing individual solutions and small instruments.

  • Stocking “ready-to-use” solutions, reagents, and agar plates.

  • Distributing competent cells to researchers.

  • Weekly lab coat distribution (Mondays from 14:30 to 15:30 in the break area, 3rd floor, Building 13).
