Eleonora Guidi is a senior research technician at the Genomics Unit of the European Institute of Oncology (IEO), Milan, Italy, where she contributes to the strategic implementation of advanced Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Her work focuses on streamlining genomic workflows, enhancing automation, and ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and reproducibility in high-throughput settings.
From 2021 to 2026, she was part of the Center for Omics Sciences (COSR), IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, Milan, Italy, where she played a key role in the development and optimization of NGS-based applications across clinical and research programs.
She began her professional career in 2018 at a Rare Disease Diagnostic Center Centogene, Rostock, Germany, till 2021, building strong technical expertise in sequencing technologies (NGS and Sanger) and genomic data interpretation, which laid the foundation for her subsequent leadership in complex genomic workflows.
